Havasu Deuces board members Dick Raczuk, Joe Mitchell, and Don Schulz presented a scholarship to a Lake Havasu High School student this week. It was the culmination of over a year’s work that went into forming their non-profit organization, Havasu Deuces, and hosting the first annual Havasu Deuce Show held in March of 2016. They were compelled to help the Lake Havasu High School sports programs upon learning of the high fees associated with playing high school sports. In return for their support of the high school, dozens of student athletes volunteered at Deuce Night and the Havasu Deuce Show over the weekend. It was great to see both groups helping each other out, as well as the support from the other car clubs in Lake Havasu.
